Actually, we contacted truth.com and got the same response. Then, they followed up with another email saying that someone from the American Legacy Foundation American Legacy Foundation - americanlegacy.org would be contacting us.

It was a very similar conversation as the one we had with Tobacco Free Kids.

Truth.org is actually part of The American Legacy Foundation and the foundations position is they do support any product that is an FDA approved NRT. You may know them better from the Today Show that happened the other day when their director Cheryl Heaton, said the e-cig should be banned. Today Show Video Player
