I do not believe, just for legal reasons, retailers should not make unsupstantiated claims of safety. Only testing and time will give valid evidence as to how safe vaping is. I do think it is fair to say what is not inhaled compared to cigarettes, like it is impossible to get lung cancer due to tar from vaping since there is 0% tar.
