There seems to be a bit of a disconnect between what they are, what they think they are, what they're saying and what is possible from their perspective.

I hope they get sorted out, I'd really like to see traders co-operate to encourage (not enforce) good standards.

My purchases come to my LLC Name, which has nothing to do with e-cigs.
And, my new site is:
Healthy Flavorings

At least it will be shortly.
Nope, they were held under a company name that has nothing to indicate what it is. The only thing that may have caused the investigation is listing the items a Vaporizer Refills. But under US Customs Law, you must be somewhat honest about what is inside unless you want to go to the big house.

I like it! It is fresh, clean... not out there and "super healthy"... Once you start adding products, giving it a bit of weight, it will be a good looking site. Congrats! Are you going to change your tag line from "The Healthier Way to Smoke"?

They came after us about a year and a half ago or so... just do as they ask and they will leave you be.

But... don't forget they have the right to do that, so you can't really get mad at them for defending their territory.

Some are using variations of their names and I have seen variations of logos used as well. Now is the time to go through your sites and give them a good scrub down. Times are a changing!

My thoughts for now are to offer a line of simply just that, flavorings.
Nicotine may be an option, but I am not sure yet.
If I can attract enough people (Seems to be some) who want to be done
with nicotine but still enjoy the flavor of vaping, then I have simply no worries, as everything on there will be FDA approved ingredients.
What you do with them is up to you, of course.

Hey... I am one of them. I have been eSmoking no nicotine for almost a month now. It is all about the action for me! If it weren't, I would have succeeded on the patch, the gum, cold turkey, etc. Too bad I love to smoke
