It still needs to be said again, so I'll say it: The FDA does not compare tobacco cigs to e-cigs. Only e-cigs are at issue. Not in relation to anything else. Only e-cigs and liquid are the issue.

E-cigarette kiosks are all over town, including Montgomery Mall. They're being advertised as a safer alternative to cigarettes.
Sounds more like a witch hunt more than a reasonable scientific decision. Anyway, maybe Senator Spector can show how he can be a moderate Democrat by opposing the Waxman bill.

This doesnt bode well at all But, maybe, just maybe they'll get the attention of the general public and people will see the idiocy of it. Doubtful, but one can hope.

The "spin" likely to be put on this will be the heroic FDA acting to protect the health of Americans by seizing and banning illegal Chinese drug products at our borders. These will be a threat to the children, too, a way to sucker a new generation into nicotine addiction.

You think the public will see through that spin?

Well, I hope you get a miracle. We generally follow the US so what bites the big one for you will probably end up choking me. We have had an unusually reasonable response from our government so far. I think Jason's pre-emptive work on the TW liquids helped enormously to bring that about.

I am begining to think THE AMERICAN PUBLIC is stupid. I don't think I personally can stand much more protection.

    Hi taz

We live in a world where toothpicks have instruction manuals and a bag of peanuts carries the warning, 'may contain nuts'. There's nothing left to say...
