We are already working through that and our presence on the hill will be quite strong. I am so sorry we cannot provide further details, we are still in the throws and many of us are working non-stop. There will be details as soon as they can be released. You have to trust in us that this is the action that needs to be taken and if we are going to do this, it needs to be organized.

Please, as consumers, what we need is for you to write. We are working on the PR angles, the hill angle etc. Everything is covered. What we NEED are the users to make their presence known and that a bill eliminating smokeless tobacco products would definitely impact your life in a negative way.
I think we need to trust the suppliers on this and follow their direction. Writing letters can make a difference, IF, enough of us get on board and make it happen. We now have a specific list of congress members to contact. We owe it to ourselves to have our voices heard.

    Terraphon- Thank You.

Monkey - Yes. At this point, there are tons of letters floating around for great examples. However, the best you can do is your own experience. Stay to what you know as fact and what you feel you can express with your pen. Stay true to yourself and to your experience with the ecig. A good question to answer or think about is: How would you be affected if the ecig was taken from you?

Sun - Thank You. I know I can count on ya! Still no party though... sorry.

Fenez - We have NO INTENTIONS of seeking FDA approval. We have full intentions of lobbying to be a self regulating industry.

Is that true or does the faint, constant droning eventually desensitize?

I'll say it again. A few hundred (MAYBE) people writing letters to their representatives isn't going to do a thing besides potentially irritate the people we want to have in our corner.

The government works like this : If you want something done you have to make such a huge issue out of it that they can't POSSIBLY ignore it without getting called out for it. It has to be SO BIG that the populace at large is interested in seeing the end of the story and forces the machine to act.

You're trying to take down a rhino with a BB-Gun...A BB-Gun that you're shooting and not even bothering to tell the BB's WHY they're being fired at the ass end of a rhino.

You guys have a really odd way of trying to drum up support, with all of the skull-duggery and cloak and dagger stuff.

This is real and not some kind of scare tactic.

I have also asked all of my customers to join us in our campaign to help keep e-cigarette's available..

If we all band together we can make a difference.

I've rec'd the same auto reponses and it is really aggravating All we can do is to keep trying.

    WHAT THE FU--?!

Are you people INSANE?! What, in the name of Phillip Morris' ball-sack would make you think - even for a SECOND - that the government would allow this?

You've seriously flipped your lids, haven't you?
