Yeeeeess, but there are hundreds of thousands of businesses in the US....the FDA doesn't monitor them all - and shouldn't. I can't see them watching a business that manufactures something, say, related to consumer electronics or novelties.
I'm still curious about JC. They registered with the FDA, (so the FDA knows about them) and nobody's shot any rumors out here about them. I know their hasn't been any drama in Johnson Creek (small town, just down the street from me locally, and my husband works in Creek) - so I'm guessing they're still in business.....

What really annoys me is you can just walk into a store (I know in San diego of a few) and buy a BONG or a pipe to smoke weed. So why are they stopping e-cigs?
I can buy a BONG but not a 901? thats really stupid!
True, Wildsky, I could make long list of things that are more questionable than an e-cig.

I agree with fenez, if they are banned, then they are banned...imported or domestic it wont matter...If they are illegal and made here, someone is going to jail...sucks a monkeys A$$...

The answer is no ban, that would be the only way suppliers will survive
And in a time where the economy is soooo bad, with thousands of people losing their jobs every day, blah, blah, blah......you'd think our governmente would WELCOME a new business - new revenue streams to tax.
