All ingredients on this site, which is live but currently in testing phase, are ALL FDA approved ingredients or Flavorings! If you want to vape the stuff it is up to you! I am just selling FDA approved flavorings don't you know!

Now, I'm not one to trounce over another man's dreams, goals, or whatever, but with the FDA having hissy fits over any combination of words or phrases made to convince the public that your product will improve their quality-of-life......and seeing though you are throwing in the towel at a business where this just happened......

Why in God's name are you putting up a new site with the same risks as the last one?????? GET RID OF THE HEALTHY CLAIMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sorry, done yelling now.

as far as the three suppliers mentioned, i think i have some clues, but we'll just have to wait and see what they say.

I can buy a BONG but not a 901? thats really stupid!

my favorite is the Crack pipe that has a small teddy bear and a blow hole in it. but ecigs gets everyone to panic. i agree its dumb

Speaking of which, if FDA really is planning on banning e-cigs, it would be good idea to hijack say, fda-bans-e-cigs.com set up a little fact sheet there.

"The content of the products have not been analyzed by FDA. To be sold, they would have to be approved by the agency." so let me get this straight, i buy a product called SEREDYN which is an herbal anti anxiety/depression remedy but i cant keep myself from cancer on the pretense that nonsmokers will use it? And if they do SO WHAT!!! At least they wont start a habit that will kill them 20 years early.

Here is what i think the REAL problem with ecigs are. They simply cant get their greedy mits on the TEN PERCENT tax on tobacco. That mixed with the fact that tobacco companies have some major influence in Washington and they lose out on the exponential profit of cigarettes. Marlboro for instance puts out a total manufacturing cost of approximately $5.70 per carton. now a carton of Marlboro reds costs me $48.79 usd. thats roughly 95% profit, take MAYBE 30% of the profit for EVERYTHING the company spends to put that carton on the shelf, that means that something near 65% of my 48 bucks go directly into their pockets. mind you that that 30% pays for the entire process of going from the factory to me buying it. This includes marketing, shipping, paying the workers that run the machines, covering losses and the tax that both me AND the company pay(Cigarettes are taxed twice in the states which I think may be illegal, not sure I need to look into it)

So you tell me... I dont know Ive been thinking about it for a few days now and needed to rant.

well gavin depending on how and where the nic is coming from it is possible for the to get there hands on some but not all of the They simply cant get their greedy mits on the TEN PERCENT tax on tobacco. nic can be extracted from tobacco leaves which when purchased in the us of a is taxed but you are on the right track...they cant get more money and thats why. most analog bans have fines in place fro people and biz that fail to follow it so there is a lack of income from pv'ers like us

    Default Introduction to Nicotine?

"Our concern is that this might introduce nonusers to nicotine use."

Wow, hard to imagine the potential for nonsmokes to be 'introduced' to nicotine the traditional way. How many smokers are there in the world?

    What a load.

Right, a non-user is going to pay for the e-cigs, learn how to use them, keep up with maintenance and replacement parts because it's so much easier than picking up an analog and lighting it. Sure makes sense to me...NOT
