Sorry, I'm a grammar fiend as well, haha.

Awesome. I learned something new! And I was only kidding anyway. Just trying to add some flavor to the thread.

Same here, having come from a military family and traveled on both sides of the pond, no wonder I have always been confused on this issue.

    But, consistent I am .

Lol. Well, I like my gripes to be written out properly and spelled correctly. Sorry.

Hey! I said I was sorry!

But if you want to make your point more effectively, write it this way:

"Who cares where the commas go? This is about e-cigs and the government taking them away--and you're worried about where I put my commas? Give me a break!"

    There. That's better.

I really love this place! It's that little place of refuge at the end of the day where I feel like everyone can be civilized in an otherwise uncivilized world.

Sorry I instigated a slight digression from the real topic of this thread.

I agree with everyone on here.

I thought this was a relevant quote by our current President.

"If the people cannot trust their government to do the job for which it exists - to protect them and to promote their common welfare - all else is lost."

That sounds wondrful, if you want the government to protect you from what it feels you need protection from instead of what you want protection from.

I don't want all that protection! Protection is only a excuse to taking away my freedom.

I completely agree with that sentiment. Its been done before, protect us by removing our rights. It doesn't work, it just makes it necessary for more protection of the government. There is no greater way to create a militant opposition than to remove all other solutions from their grasp.
