holy crap! thats REDICULOUS! You know, the only reason they're doing this is because theyre losing SO much money from tobacco sales, so many ppl are switching to vaping, and their economy has probably been hit by it.

I hate you schwarzenegger... your a terrible man.... even though i loved Predator.

The governor has to sign the bill before it can actually be a law. I have a feeling that he won't sign it.

They are not banning them because they could be bad for you they are banning them because they work so good in stopping people from smoking.

State and local excise taxes - $16,206,204,000 on cigs for 2008

Okay, just to be clear. The way I read the language of SB 400 only the sale of hardware will be banned. The possession, use, and even purchase of devices and liquid will still be legal. Since I doubt Chinese retailers will care, this effects only US distributors of devices (not liquids). I hate this too, especially since I live in cali, but it is not the end of the world, just the beginning of the end. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, I can't afford to be misinformed about this.

On a related note, Shwarzenegger is threatening a mass veto of bills currently on his desk if he doesn't get what he wants in the way of a water deal. Just for our sake, I hope he does. Here's the article
The Associated Press: Schwarzenegger threatens vetoes to get water deal

So you are saying that if a supplier was in Cali and only sold Ejuice that they have nothing to worry about?

Either way any laws, or bans on anything involving Ecigs or Ejuice is a blow to the freedom of vapers. Its never too late to send a email, fax, twitter, or a simple phone call. Even if you don't live in Cali it would still be nice if you can take a moment and tell the Governors staff how Ecgis have changed your life.
