I would love to have myself, the folks from whitecloud and a bunch of my customers come out against the bill!

    Okay I read the link. Am I missing anything what I am seeing is that they want to make it so an ecig is not to be bought from anyone under 18 or 21 Sorry still waking up. I am not seeing anything that makes it illegal to buy. just you can sell to kids.
    And to be honest I knew something like this would happen when it was call a tobacco product instead of a being given to the FDA.

    Default amendment

    There has been an amendment to the 0071 bill i need to try and find the link. I know SB 0088 Wants to ban sales to minors which im in full support of. but The amendment includes the ban on e-cigs. I will see if i can find it in a little bit.

    and RAY STRAIGHT UP SAYS HE WANTS TO BAN the e-CIGS BAN....yes BAN hes not supporting. but he says if a child puffs on it once its a fatal amount of nicotine! LMAO hes under educated
