Customs Discussions -Outside Canada Orders/Shipping/Returns

I've had major delays ordering from bestecig, but nothing has ever been seized. I think to play it safe I'll order liquid and parts separately.

They might be a tad bit slower, but that could just be because of their location.

I've had no trouble getting orders from them though.

The worse problem I have is USPS updating tracking info. It seems like it sits somewhere for a few days, then it's here.

No, just big brother government, big taxes, and their pals in big pharma. Nicotine aside, they have NO business or good reason controlling personal vaporizers at all.

Just goes to show us all that our health is not what's important to big brother government, it's just the tax revenues from us nicotine addicts and keeping us addicted.

It has to sit at the customs docks until it's cleared. Not everything is taken apart and examined, unless it's on their list of flagged items from a known list of senders. Other than that It's a random thing, suspicious items that look funny on xray or sniffed out by dogs.

I doubt they'd look very hard at something labeled as "baking flavors" from Ethel's baking supplies.

i ordered a health-e-cig from ebay for a friend trying to quit. been a month and trying to get a refund...possibly stopped by customs.

anyone been successful in the past month?

If the seller on Ebay did not give you a tracking # I'd say you got scammed.

If they did give you a # then you would know where your order is and if it is sitting in customs then yeah it's probably got stopped.

Most orders are still coming through so far if you read the posts here - my own order from China as well.
I did have trouble with one order from the US - disappeared off the face of the earth but the supplier was great & sent through a replacement which made it here quickly...

Did you get a tracking # from the ebay vendor and was it shipped USPS?

i ordered from ruyan direct last sunday and my order was Released from Customs 6 min after it was "Handed over to Customs" im from quebec and my order is at Toronto atm .
