Pmerineau, if there is no e-juice in the package, or filled carts, now is the time to call them. They will error on the side of rejecting it and sending it back, unless you explain to them that there is no e-juice. Be nice to them..
Google Canada customs, and get ready to play phone tag..
Of course if there is e-juice don't do the above and lie, I don't think good things would happen if you did that..

Yeah, there is e-juice in my order. Probably my mistake to order hardware and juice at the same time... But 10 days or even 36 days is insane! But it gives me some hopes. My shipment was sent with EMS. The trip from China to Vancouver took only 2 days. But now, it's Customs that are driving me crazy. I get the status from Canada Post web site. Do you know guys if i will get a status if it's get review by HC? So, Can_supplier, I guess that for now I should shut my mouth and wait?! Thanks a lot for the info!

It will say released from customs on the tracking. Well 9 out of 10 times it will, afterall its Canada post.

Yup! that was the case for me.
I believe their is a couple of points that need to be addressed here:
- If you are going to the Casino to win money, you need to re-adjust your way of thinking. You go to the Casino for the entertainment and that you have X amount to loose. That being said, sometimes you come out ahead;
- Keep your hardware and liquid orders separate, at least you have a leg to stand on when negotiating with CC because hardware can still legally be imported;
- Save your money and place decent sized orders when dealing in liquids. Know what your vaping needs and only order enough for let's say a 6 month supply. e.g if you are vaping 2-3mls/day that's 60-90mls/month. So ordering 300mls is what I deem a medium order and will come packaged in a decent sized box suitable as a "gift". Now that is easier said than done. Some folks change flavours like they change their underwear. Order your "staples" large, and keep the experimenting local, and go with local vendors that ship at a flat rate;
- I have my staples: French Pipe, Cuban Cigar, 555, Flue Cured and RY4. Because I DIY, RY4 is no longer a problem as a matter of fact I prefer the RYO version. I plan on placing an order shortly 16 x $10/30mls free shipping. I'm going to the Casino;
- It seems regular postal gets here quicker than airmail. Considering all the hoopla going on with airport these days, go regular mail. Keep track of your shipment; and
- Maintain adequate supplies on hand so you don't have a canary waiting for your next order to come in.
There is definitely deals to be had from China so maintain adequate supplies of spares etc... but there is also some decent deals available from the US as well. Shop around I have several suppliers in the US that I have tagged as friendlies.

Has anyone had any problems having liquid siezed coming from the USA? It seems to be mainly China originated shipments that have caused problems from what I've read here.
I ask because I still don't see the point in buying from China, when you can buy locally and have it here in 2 days without customs for twice the price, or buy it in the USA and DIY for cheaper, or buy it premade for almost the same price.
Not including shipping, here are the cheapest prices I've experienced.
Canada - 24mg Dekang: $1cdn buys 40mg of nic
China - 24mg Dekang: $1US buys 80mg of nic)
USA - 24mg Dekang: $1US buys 72mg of nic)
USA - DIY 100mg: $1US buys 165mg of nic (you have to buy some flavorings, PG and VG though).

I have ordered stateside more times than I can count. Never had one issue, however check with your retailer of choice.
If the retailer has E-CIG all over the package and has NO experience shipping to Canada, buyer beware.
Vapor4Life, Nhaler, IkenVape....all retailers who know what they are doing.

The cheapest I've experienced I mentioned above, $10 usd for 50ml of liquid from China. To me, whether it's China or the US, it doesn't matter. They're both foreign countries and they will both have to go through customs. Plus I find shipping from China far more reasonable than from the US. I guess I just don't see any advantage, if you're buying outside the country, to buy US.
As far as shipping...my last order from China took exactly 7 days from posting to being in my hands, for $15. My order from Happy Vaper, ordered monday, won't be here until next monday. Same time in shipping, and it cost me $13. So not a huge advantage there, as long as customs doesn't hold things up (which is always a risk).

I was mainly just trying to find out if buying from the US is more reliable than China. Also buying US is probably cheaper than China if you're going DIY. I cant find anything over 50mg from Chinese sites, and it looks to cost more than buying from the US.
Stupid canadian regulations/laws bug me. I couldn't get off the analogs completely until I went up to around 36mg juice, which you just can't get in Canada.

Yeah I think you're right there. For DIY you can't beat Xtreme Vaping. I got some of their 100mg stuff the other week, and now that I've got it cut, I have enough liquid for at least the next year!
