If you're selling something illegal, dangerous, uninsurable, or whatever then you really need professional advice on what to do.

If a child gets a half ml of that on their tongue somehow then theoretically it will kill them. Accidents do happen so make sure you're covered.

as kate said. 4.8 and 3.6. there is actually less nicotine in the 48 than in some of the clove cigars i used to smoke... which is scary as hell and also explains why there is a ban on the import of most of them.

i have notified the pending orders that there is a delay in shipping until i address some forum member concerns and come up with a solution. i have also removed the product from the live cart until monday.

and, it isn't about the money. getting this made cost me more than you would think. getting the legal advice to get it through customs makes my profit pretty close to negligible.

Somebody is bound to vape that 48 straight and end up seriously ill. It reminds me of someone here a while ago who ended up at the hospital because of vaping 36 when they were used to low nic cigs.

Kate is right on point here---this should not be allowed on this forum in my opinion. At that strengh it is outright dangerous and should not be condoned at all-----------Sun

Personally, if it were me, I just would not sell that. I don't care how many requested it or how much money you could make, is the risk really worth it to you?

heh well my legal advice got it through customs, their view was "it's a poison, label all of it you sell as a poison and there should be no issue"

so if i change the description to read "not for human consumption" i should be covered regardless :P

the point is, yeah... a bunch of loudmouths on the internet, but... it's a concern. and a valid one, so any input would be appreciated.

how many people have gotten sick on 36?
for that matter how many have gotten sick on 6mg?
was there an outcry when 36mg was introduced?
