I feel your frustrations......

However, please don't bring up old threads ( 6 months + ) with generalized indirect info, rather... create a new thread and initiate fresh discussion, or join in on a current thread relevant in discussion.

This is actually a forum rule, and is there simply to (not particularly in this case) prevent old threads from revitalizing that would contain outdated or misinformation information by today's standards.
