As for the cone on the Ego, I'd DEFINITELY recommend using the whistle tips, that way, you can fit the cone right over the top. I found I had to take the mouthpiece off to get the cone off to recharge the batt with the round tip.

Yes, you can STILL drip in the cart and on the atty with the round tip, but having to unscrew everything was getting to be a pain.

You can add me to the very satisfied customer list. I ordered 10 x 3ml samplers off his site on Friday. We arranged to meet sunday afternoon. We sat down for a good half hour talking about e-cigs, he shared some tips with me. Overall a great experience - if only all vendors had this level of personal customer service!!!!

bringing back this thread to life, I must say I am a "Happy Vaper", ya ya that was cheesy I know... but Jack has completely exceeded my expectations for customer service. I had been emailing back and forth with him for over a week and he had always promptly returned my emails answering all my questions. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and was very accomodating in my requests!

As a nooby vaper he made me overcome some skepticism and made the experience great. Have a faulty battery, and will be getting that swapped out no problem as well, he even offered to make an "emergency meet" with me! Great guy to deal with, will be doing business with again for sure

Well, I met Jack today, and he somehow made my somewhat hesitant to vaping husband purchase a mega. Actually, I can tell you exactly how he did it. He let hubby try his, and hubby was pleased, then hubby got out the wallet and I'm sure Jack was pleased too.
