I sign all petitions but personally I don't feel HC is going to do anything anytime soon. In Canada, E-cig users make up like 1/10th of 1% of the smoking population. We have a long way to go, my friends. If you have them, flaunt them. The more exposure, the faster smokers will jump ship & our population will grow. We need advertising big time. Maybe the ECTA will initiate & execute some strategies in the near future where we can get together & raise awareness.

cmon fellow canadians lets flood the government with signatures
if you want things to change we need the people of canada and the world to stand together in order to change how things are done .
we should be the ones that have a say in how things are done and controlled in our country .
as it stands now the government and corporations do whatever they want and we just take it all in.(they have to much control)
us canadians are just to laid back we need to stand together its the only way we can change how things are done in this country.
so stop talking and do something get off the dam couch and sign this petition, its a start

I signed the petition and also passed on the info. to some of my friends and family to sign. If you don't fight for some of the wrongs in the world, they are just accepted for what they are. But if you do fight, may stop people and make them listen and learn a few things, that is my hope anyways.

agreed, like i said i got the link from Happy vaper's facebook page so when i saw it and signed it i thought i would pass it on. The best way to fight ignorance from the government is to show them we are serious about this.

I mean lets face it.....HC allows a product like Nicolette which contains "unknown" amounts of nicotine (lets face it: everybody ingests or absorbs nicotine at different rates) which through the patch, gum and inhaler when you look at the disclaimers have far to many warnings on them.....

As someone who suffers Manic depression, anxiety attacks, Rheumatoid Arthritis, herniated bowel, anger issues, and few others.....since vaping (even for a month) i have noticed on days where i could not so much and get up and walk from being in pain or not being able to laugh....it has helped. Sure it could be like a placebo with positive side effects....but researchers are now showing that nicotine by itself has some very positive effects on the body.

Hey if one guy like me in a month can get 17 other people who were heavy smokers in a rooming house want to try a e-cig, imagine what the whole Canadian population of vapers can do in a few days?

Of course it does not hurt to ask for help from our friends south of the border, as there has been a few petitions i put my name too for them

No i don't think so...i mean this is to show a government who is elected by the people to represent the people....there is a old law of "representation by population" so please feel free to sign it.

i think its important to fill in all the fields in the petition and to leave a comment to let the government know how we feel
our gorv. has to much power over us, this needs to change they need to listen to the citizens of this country(we need to have a role in how things are done in this country)
they listen and have all sorts of promises at election time and after they are elected its like we dont exist anymore they do what they want not what we want (this has been going for to many years) this needs to change
we need a better system in how things are done in this country
the only way this will change is if all canadians stand together

I signed and passed this on, as one doesn't have to be a vapor to support this. They just have to know of a vapor, all the people I know that hate smoking love me vaping so who know they just might sign
