I think it bears repeating here though....
Dear blu Customer,
Regrettably, due to Canadian regulations, we can no longer accept orders for blu with Canadian shipping addresses. Recent orders have been seized by Canadian customs preventing us from shipping any future orders to Canada.
If you have a pending order with a shipping address in Canada, the order will be cancelled and your credit card account will not be charged. The "Authorization Hold" that was placed on your account when you submitted your order will automatically expire, typically within 7-14 days of the hold being placed. Please contact your credit card bank if you have any questions regarding the "Authorization Hold" as blu Customer Service cannot access that information.
While we can no longer accept orders with Canadian shipping addresses, your account will remain active and accessible. Should you wish to place a new order, blu continues to ship to US addresses.
We share in your frustration with the limitations imposed by regulations that are preventing us from meeting the ongoing product needs of our customers. We encourage you to contact your local government representatives to express your viewpoint. We hope that with the support of our customers we can change the current environment and once again be able to ship to Canada.
Sincerely,
blucigs.com

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but I was wondering if anyone knows what actual penalties could happen, say if you didn't get the first letter they sent to you and then if you got caught again?
I can't seem to find anything about penalties and section F regulated things?
Anyone..
?

I don't think you can get in trouble for trying to ship something in that isn't actually "illegal." E-cigs aren't criminal, you can't get in trouble for being in possession of one. They'll just keep trying to stop us from shipping them in.

I was wondering if they only confiscate juice? I ordered pv's from china a couple times but absolutly no juice and had no probs. if you order a kit with filled carts that may be confiscated. but am very curious to know if you purchase batts and atts only if they do?

I was wondering the same thing. A friend of mine wanted a kit and I've ordered everything separate, batts, atties + blank cart. It got handed to customs yesterday morning at 7:30am. The seller wrote "spare parts" as item description. We'll see how that goes.

My healthcabin order from last month was
24 x 30ml + 15 x 10 ml = 870 ml. No problems.
Another order with the atomizers and carts arrived a few days later.
As a rule I never mix hardware and liquid in the same order.
Canadian law and customs rely on "intended use" for identifying what section an import falls under.
Don't put e-cigs, or e-cig parts in the box that leads them down that path.
I'm not saying this rule is "golden" - but it works for me.

Your item was released from Customs(CANADA VANCOUVER) at 2009-08-09 10:45:00
So its on its way, thx for tip RjG. This order was parts only, I won't even take the chance of ordering a starter kit with pre-filled cartridges in them from now on lol.

A good idea to take whatever precautions you can. A friend and I went in together on an order of penstyle parts and cartridges from China and it did get confiscated. She got the letter from Health Canada today. Ordered from Best Ecig - anyone know if, on the return address portion, they list themselves as Best Ecig? First time we've ordered like that and was wondering ... kind of like a red flag if they do. Anyway, have to figure out a plan B now ...

My HealthCabin.net Shipment...
Wow, I am also from Vancouver and I am awaiting my shipment from HealthCabin.net. I can only hope that it gets through! I got the Joye510 along with a few 10ml e-juice bottles.
I don't understand why Health Canada would seize this kind of a shipment when Canada allows the OTC sale of Nicotine Gum and Nicotine Patches! Makes ZERO sense to me.
