What to expect when Canadian Customs Refuses your Shipment

Well, I doubt they'll allow it, because you carrying it over the border is no different then someone else trying to ship it. Your best bet is to keep trying to have it shipped to you in Canada, while asking the shipper to remove any reference to "nicotine" "e-liquid" "e-cigarette" or anything like that.

Hey MysticPotato, I live in Abbotsford, BC, Canada, just on the border with Lynden, Wa and I was thinking of doing that just a couple weeks ago. However, I sorta came to my senses and ordered from it online instead (from HealthCabin.net in China). I wasn't about to lie to Canada Customs or risk wasting my time opening up a mailbox only to have it denied as I cross the border. They usually ask if you picked up any parcels when you cross back into Canada so I just thought it would be a futile waste of my time and money.

HealthCabin will reship or refund your order if it doesn't get through. The sales rep, Amy, from HC is quite friendly and tells me they ship to Canada all the time and that they have only had one issue with Canada customs, just recently in fact. They reshipped it and it just passed customs like a few days ago.

My personal shipment just hit Vancouver customs according to the courier tracking. Hope it makes it through!

I will definitely post what happens here on the forum.

I ordered from Totally Wicked in the US. My package was rejected (it contained a starter kit plus a couple bottles of e-liquid). I just got my letter from HC today, the very same as the one referred to at the beginning of this thread. Please note: the inspections agent I spoke with today told me that in the very near future customs will no longer be returning packages to the sender. That could mean no refund for some people.

I hope Totally Wicked gives me a refund, and I'll be letting you guys know. From now on, I will order within Canada!

My HC letter took 4 months to receive and still no idea whether package will ever be returned..

i heard eastmall is good for china to can shipping, and they seem to have most of the same or more flavors...i think it was ppl in this thread who mentioned it...

Hey Guys I usually order from canada but just recently found this site in the US http://www.mist-stix.com/ and they are great cletus is great and his prices are amazing CHINESE prices in us. He has the bottles priced at 14.99 but when you put in the coupon code "ecf" they cost 9$ a bottle attys 7.50 with coupon but there J902 wicked e cig and atty but wont work with your 510s and 901s 801s ect. But cletus is top notch they didnt deliver to Canada until I just brought it up to him and he even changed the site for me and future canucks to order best part and I will qoute him "As soon as i have your payment your "scented oils" will be on there way". He makes no reference to e cigs the invoice reads scented oils and flavorings and the return adress says mist stik which to me sounds like it could be some aromatherapy mystic type store that would sell **** like scented oils. 5-10 days is order time 2.95$ for less than 3 bottles and 5.95 for over 3 Flat rate.

I just ordered so I am hoping it doesnt get caught but I have a good feeling about this. I have even conversed with several suppliers(I only order 24 all at once or 36 all at once never mixed. So I have smoken to a few suppliers that were willing to add no nic stickers to my 24mg.

I just say hey you don't have to worry about shipping times from china and the liquids are top notch from all the reviews I read. I will keep you posted on whether it goes through but I have ordered from some other us sites and never had problems and I have ordered through PMS from people and there is no problem.

I've been thinking of selling liquid in canada 15.99 a bottle along with my 3V and 5V mods but I am in the process of perfecting my design and I do not want to start ill prepared then get 50 orders when I can only fill 10.

I have two hong kongian friends who are currently talking to there friends and they are going to see how cheap they can get it and the friends would mark the packages safely to get through. It's just like drug smuggling but without the penalties. I've mentioned this before I am a licenced Medical MJ user and I use several mail order sites to receive my .......... I have only had one packaged seized and I got a similar letter as you guys saying that a package I ordered contained a controlled substance and it basically said that if I was aware of the packaged contents please cease and dicist and that if I was unaware of this package that it was destroyed and handed over to the authoruities to be destroyed, No penalty on me. If it went to court It would be throw out as soon as I showed my documents giving me legal acess to a controlled substance.

Another avenue I am looking into is I am friends with a chemsit who works for pfzer so if worse comes to worst he will order liquid for me for research purposes.

Hopefully we can convince everyone that it is no more dangerous than bleach.

My shipment from HealthCabin was refused by customs.

I was looking forward to trying my first ecig. Dont reallly want to order again from China, should have ordered from a Canadian Supplier in the first place.

I am interested in getting 510. I see that HappyVaper and Mystix look to be the two best choices. Have not seen too many people posting experiences with Mystix.
Should I just go ahead and order From Happy Vaper? and where should I get my nicotine from as Both dont seem to sell nicotine.

THere is so much information on this forum. going through it all is a daunting task.


any help?
