What to expect when Canadian Customs Refuses your Shipment
This was my experience:
I ordered 200ml+ of various 24mg ejuice flavours from HealthCabin on July 9th.
It was shipped the same day. It left China on July 10th. It arrived in Vancouver Canada on July 15th and the tracking status entered "Will be reviewed by customs" and hasn't changed since.
On July 30th I received a letter containing a Report of Examination for Customs Entry from Health Canada stating that the shipment "Violates sections C.01.045 - Importation of a prescription (Schedule F) drug by a person other than a practitioner, registered pharmacist or foreign resident visiting Canada." and as result had been denied entry.
An excellent Healthcabin rep caught an earlier thread where I talked about my shipment being stuck in customs and reached out to me. The order has been reshipped, as the Healthcabin rep said that this was atypical of shipments to Canada. If this second attempt is also returned I will be going through the states.

Thanks for the info about that, as I fear I am in that situation as well. Is there any penalty stated about importing it or if they catch you again trying to do it?

Nope nothing threatening about it. No further action implied other than shipment refused.
In fact on the upside of it is I can now consider myself a direct contributor to the continued employment of Inspector HJ Zhu who inspected and refused the shipment in Burnaby and personally signed the document.
I just hope he is busy with other things next week...

My order from Eastmall was held in customs for 2 days, but today it changed to Released From Customs.
Thank god. I don't think i'll be ordering anything more from China till something changes regarding all this BS.

I think if you keep the shipments smaller, they have a better chance of getting through

Well it is good to hear yours made it through, and ordering from Eastmall is great as they have the policy " In the unlikely event that your items are seized, we will try to re-ship a replacement one more time at no extra charge!"
What flavors did you get this order?

I got RY4, cola, redbull, couple minty ones, 555, coffee.
Looking forward to them. Only have experience with JC so far. Impressed, but would like to expand my tastes a bit

Is it just me or does that leave the door wide open to talk to doc about a prescription.

Same active ingredients as an FDA approved medicine (the patch and gum) different delivery mechanism. I don't guess they would buy it is a "generic" huh?
The reason I say that many name brand Rx's come in fancy time release capsules or metls or what not. The generics come in plane old tablet form and are ok. Granted the generics have to be tested by the FDA so I guess that is the hang up.
