what is stage 3 "mod" on ego clearo/stardust V3?

Doing some ordering on Jughead's and wondering what exactly is the "mod" done to the eGo clearo/stardust V3 as seen here Jugheads on the 5.99 item

I am taking Jugg's word on and getting it but interested to know how it works. I searched around a bit and found some things on mods but not sure if this is exactly the same thing as "stage 3"

stage 3 or V3 is the long wick version of the Stardust and I have 4 of them along with 10 short wicks...all work great and I am two months in on the short wicks......not one single hairline crack and all of them work great!!!
and just saying i have put some caustic juice (Banana,Menthol,ecto cooler to name a few) into them still not one crack!
I do wash then out every third fill or so with hot water and dry burn them and thats it back to new!
you will most likely love them...may I sudjest you check out canvape's site as that is the place I have found the best price on them!

Well from looking on the Jugheads site it gives the impression that he himself has "modded" it in some way, both of the ones he sells are the V3. I think what modifications were done to it is the real question.....

The mod is classified information, and I respect that. I am glad I can benefit from it, it apparently makes a big difference.
