Just says very politely that goods has been refused entry as can only be imported by practitioners, registered pharmacists and foreign visitor ..Nothing too threatening!

Now that's interesting... How do they know you are not a "foreign visitor" or the wink wink foreign visitor living in your basement didn't order it?

Also what did they refuse entry saying this about, equipment or juice?

Health Canada refused nicotine juice ..hardware is allowed and as long as not combined with carts or ejuice..
We have one Canadian member that was actually a US visitor..(fisherpal? not sure whom right now..!) Once she rec'd the letter, she called and had to send them proof she was a foreign visitor and the package released without problems.

I don't see why one would have to worry about hardware. Battery mods can be made, only the attys that are not easily made but its doable.

In Canada the hardware is completely legal to sell and import (including atomizers). Are you sure you're in the right forum?
