    Default Whats in it?

What exactly is in liquid? Is it just PG or VG with nicotine? I'm wondering if I could cut some of the stronger liquids I have with straight PG of VG or is there something else I have to add?

PG/VG, nicotine and flavourings. If you add PG or VG to a liquid to dilute the nicotine, you also dilute the flavour.

True. Best way to cut a strong liquid is to use same flavor and same base liquid with no nicotine. VG only adds sweetness and significantly reduces the flavor, i.e. changes completely the taste of the original liquid. VG makes the liquid more viscous as well. The only benefit is more vapor. PG only reduces the flavor but doesn't change the taste so much.
