Well my order finally came through, tried delivery at 8:30 this morning but I was sleeping lol Still said sitting in customs at 5:30am after work this morning, so it probably left customs on tuesday. I think it depends on where you live, if you're not on a main route it'll take longer, and seem longer if they don't scan it out of customs. |

I also have an order from Eastmall, here is the progress so far.......I am crossing my fingers.... I was surprised how fast it got to Canada, but now the test begins. My order consists of 100ml of juice with a couple batteries, attomizers, a bunch of empty carts and USB passthrough. Will update once it gets here. | I received 2 large orders today ok (1 took 5 days, 1 took 2 weeks, both arrived today) - and oddly - missing some items for the first time ever (from the one that took 2 weeks) - I'm missing superminis - not juice or carts.. |

Where was your order coming from? I wonder where the items disappeared? I hope your loss is not too big. Not to assume that customs is the culprit, but I have had customs do some strange things with packages. I receive medication for my son with syringes and such every couple months from the US and I have had customs open the cooler and take out the ice packs when inspecting and not put them back in, which is a huge problem since the meds must remain cool. They have opened a sealed boxes that are labeled sterile and I had a bag of loose syringes go "missing" from a box. The most frustrating part is the lack of concern, and the cavalier attitude I get when trying to address the problem, and that is only when lucky enough to even speak to someone. It is too bad that we live in a time where for various reasons our freedom and privacy no longer extends beyond the walls of our homes, not even your personal mail is private. |

Hello, I'm a newbie to e cig's I received mini few days ago by smartcig. it worked about six times then nothing. no smoke I tied batterie and carts. did I buy a crappy ecig or is there something I can do. HELP

My Janty Kissbox extended just arrived this morning after residing in Customs since April 14. *happy dance* It was ordered from the Dutch site. Also received an order of juice from the U.S. |
