So today I got my very first ecig kit. Got the 510 starter kit from Jack at Happy Vapor.

Shipped right away and arrived as planned. Took about 5 business days with normal shipping.

Prior to my kit arriving, I spoke with Jack on the phone and he was the most helpful, informative, and kind person i've spoken too in a while. He answered all my questions, offered advise and gave me an open invitation to call for help whenever I need it.

Can't say enough about ya Jack, just wish I could put it all together and start using it but like you said, besides all logic about batteries, im doing the 8hr charge like the kit says just to play it safe.

Next order is ready to go. PCC, passthrough, extra parts and some bottles.

Again, Jack is awesome. Happy Vapor all the way and highly recommended.

... now if I just had some nic liquid to use tomorrow when the charging is all done lol

Amen to that,

Ive been there 1 month ago, first ecig ever, 510, Jack was and still is my new hero.. and oh god the 8hr waiting.. I bought a passthrought on the second order and should have bought it on the first one, so I could vape while waiting for the 8hr battery charging agony, hehe. I like to play right away with my new toy.. man it was hard to watch the red charging light for 8 hours straight!! lol

Im a very happy vaper and i feel the need to recommend Happy Vapor again.

I'm in the same boat! I ordered a 510 PCC kit and other accessories and received them in two days. Highly recommended!

Jack is doing an excellent job of providing us with the goods in a manner thats low on the radar. Add to that, he is a stand-up guy that conducts his business with same expectations that the consumer expects.

Pleasure doing business with him, and look forward to repeated business in the future.

Im still new to vaping (1 month) but I can tell you that even if i got 4x Black 510, I still ordered a Silver starter kit and a second PCC (silver) and it totally worth it, very sexxay

everyone seems more than happy with orders from happy vaper. my order was at my door in 2 days, jack emailed a couple of times to make sure everything was good...wouldnt hesitate to order again from him.

I am so used to a total lack of customer service that when I dealt with Jack from Happy Vaper yesterday I had to re-asses my grip on reality.

Above and beyond in the customer service dept. I am now happily puffing away and selling the lifestyle like a vet!

Jack, thanks so much for the no BS approach. It's nice to be treated like an adult by a vendor that actually cares enough to be honest, and take the time to take care of his clients.

Can you open a cell and cable company PLEASE?

No...really. Can you?

How many suppliers do you think would go the extra mile, email someone several times, provide their number to call and encourage one to do so simply because someone was having no end of problems getting their 510 to work like everyone says it should and be happy with it ... and that person never even bought their 510 from HIM? Well, that someone is me (bought mine before I knew he existed). I must be the only 510 user out there who isn't particulary satisfied with it but Jack has been doing his darnest to help me out. He saw one of my posts, responded to it and has tried to help ever since. He is one AWESOME guy! Absolutely amazing caring attitude with this man. Cannot say enough good things about him.
