I vape 26 or 28 at home when I can vape all the time. At work when I have smoke breaks its take 36mg to get the job done. I don't see any negative affect to the higher nic contents and I can tell you 1st hand they won't kill you short term, so if thats what it takes to get off analogs, so be it. Also the higher nic level might make up for your poorly performing PV's. I'd blow your head off with nic 1st cause you can always cut it down later. The lorann's 1 dram can be added (whole thing) to 30 ml of your base stock, 26mg or whatever and only decrese the mg 10%.

They are still in business...its where I got my first E88 from, and inquired about their cartomizers awhile back. Thing is, I don't like cartomizers out of the blister packs. The few times I've ordered them, they are dry, crusty and gross. Regardless of what people say, I can taste a difference. |

No, some of them come in cardboard boxes. Outside of the lemon carts, and to a certain extent, cola, the others give me a mad headache. No real reason behind it, just something that happens to me. |

Note: if you think you can use a cartomizer for hours and hours, you are wrong. They do need to be refilled. Some sooner than other. If you use them too long without refilling them with juice you have throw them away. Because the taste will be disgusting. If you fill them after they became too dry, the taste will be horrible also. They might not have to be filled up with juice as often as, say the 510, still I use at least 10 ml of juice a week with a fresh cartomizer every morning. |

Two wonderful people on this forum who shall remain nameless unless they choose to name themselves sent me free samples to try of 2 different models of 2 piece e-cigs. One was an older model and although I had some minor problems with it, it did show me what it was like using a 2 piece rather than a 3 piece and I liked it. The other was a newer (current) model of the kr-808-d-1 from Vapor 4 Life and I absolutely LOVED it. The flavor was great and the convenience of just popping on a new cart was nice. My mother, who also hated refilling, also liked the 2 piece and also liked the menthol flavoring of the sample despite the fact she normaly hates menthol. In the time the sample lasted I used the V4L model to replace analogs more so than I have with a 3 piece since I started refilling rather than using pre-filled carts. My mother and I are currently waiting for a shipment (shipped out on Monday) of 2 ultimate ultimatum manual kits and a dozen packs of carts from V4L. If HC even gets it's collective brain turned the right way and gets rid of the idea of banning e-cigs with nic, and I can come up with the funding then I will be looking into becoming a Canadian supplier of 2-piece e-cigs. I believe the 2-piece would be more popular with the larger masses who don't want to mess with re-filling carts or messing with cart mods. Convenience is what will take e-cigs more mainstream. Yes, a 2piece with cartomizers is more expensive than refilling with juice, but still much less expansive than analogs. In regards to how long a cartomizer lasted, I used half a pack less analogs using 1 24mg cart of menthol then it started to have the slightly burnt taste of a dried up cart but still also had a good menthol flavor and good vapor production. Because of that slight burnt taste I stopped using that cart at that time but went back to it the next day and repalced another half pack of analogs before getting the slight burnt taste again. As a pure guess I'm thinking that the 12 or so hour rest the cartomizer was given helped the liquid in the cart re-distribute itself. Based on this I'm thinking rotating carts, in the long run a cart will equal about the same as 1 pack of analogs for me. Keep in mind, this is just based on my experience and based on the way I vape. I know other people vape differently than I do. My personal vaping style is not a constant non-stop vape that some people seem to do, but rather taking 3-5 puffs of the PV every half hour or so. To summarize, I found the 2-piece to work much better for both myself and my mother and think I will have a much batter chance to get off analogs using this rather than a 3-piece where I have to mess and fool around with juice. I will however be keeping my 901 and 510 as well as the juice I currently have for use in emergency if I run out of cartomizers or have trouble with shipping and also considering using the 3 piece for 0mg vaping for times I'm on the computer and don't really need the nicotine but light a smoke anyway just out of boredom and habit.

Great post, and glad to see that you are getting into the groove. At the end of the day, whether 3 piece or 2 piece, the object is to stop smoking analogs. Congrats! |
