CE3 and 510 Tank Problems

This might've been answered here before, however I'm so furious as to why I can't get my tanks to work.

I fill it just like every video shows on Youtube. I've been told to take a the blunt needle and push some of the fill back in the Cartomizer and fill the tank. However every time I do that, the fluid leaks out of the bottom of the atomizer and the other one I did it in doesn't soak up any fluid. I get very little vapor production and hardly any hit out of it. Even with it cranked up to 5.5.

The CE3 Smokymizer's I got from DigitalCiggzz in California are open top apparently and are bottom feeders. I fill them and they leak right out the bottom. I've come to the conclusion that CE3's are absolute S#it. The CE2's are great! But for $6.00 for two, seems horrible when I can buy a five pack of clearomizers for $11.95.

I need some help, am I doing something wrong or could it be a Manufacturer error?

CE3 has to be filled with a needle while held upside down.

I assume yours are similar.
