    Default Faulty cartomizer?

I have a brand new Smok Tech 1.7 Cartomizer that I'm using on a KGO. When I try to use this particular cartomizer, both of my batteries instantly flash and stop working (fully charged). Is this something that the battery does in response to a faulty cartomizer? It works fine with the other carts of the same brand. Thanks for any help.

Sounds like that carto has a short. Best advice is to quit trying to use it, throw it away, and fill up a fresh one.

Thanks six. When it first happened I thought both of my batteries suddenly died at the same time, which worried me since they usually last a full day. I should have caught on more quickly, I've just never heard of this. I won't be using that one anymore.

I've had this issue with Smoktech cartos recently as well, and others have reported the same here. My Provari throws error codes and with a Kick on another unit it cuts off. I'm not going to buy Smoktechs anymore.
