I am not mechanically inclined but I did sketch out an idea for a cart mod. It is an "add-on" the would go between an existing 901 atty and the mouthpiece. It is a "T" shaped plastic tube (maybe thin wall PVC??) that would slide into the atty (Like the mouthpiece does now) and that the mouthpiece would slide into. The top part would have threads that a small (1ml ?) plastic squeeze bottle would screw into. the "T" piece would be filled with the poly fill, fluval, etc... you could have the dropper head on the bottle and give a squeeze to keep the cart moist.
Admittedly, it is not the most aesthetically pleasing design, but it would eliminate the need to keep dis-assembling the unit to drip or fill.
You forgot to add a small tube from the empty cart side over to the atomizer side, or else you will suck juice into your mouth. And to seal the empty cart off from the filler material.
You forgot an air channel, but that could be easily added.
I don't know if this would work - I would think it would leak fluid like a sieve when there's a (basically) unlimited amount to wick from and constantly drown the atomizer.
It's worth trying, though - it would be simple enough to mock up.
Check out the UPAC mod HERE - juice dispenser and big battery life all-in-one!
Liquid highlighters are the solution. They have a reservoir and a wick that doesn't leak excess fluid. The only question is will it wick fast enough for our purposes.
