I don't know about putting something that's plastic and definitively toxic in an e-cig. specially that close to the atomizer.

The plastic does not get hot enough to release chemicals. Just make sure the straw is cut a 1mm or so below the lip of the cart.

I also have not used this mod since I learned about the Lipton Pyramid Tea Bag Mod. Which I have also done videos on.

To me it improved drag, therefore I was pulling more and could taste more, but it is probably different per person, per tastebuds.

I hardly use this anymore as I have switched to the LPTB's. I have 3 videos about that mod.

Ok, I must say, the first time I did this, I did it wrong or something. My husband liked it, though.

I was pretty much only dripping and I got tired of it!

I watched this video again today and decided to give it another try.

WOW! What a difference! I just vaped a cart filled with about 10 drops. When I got the "off" taste, I went to refill - fully expecting to only get a couple of drops in, like with my old filler/no straw.

NOPE! I just refilled it with another 10 drops!!

I want to try the PTB method, too, but my store is always out of stock and I haven't got around to ordering it online. So, this is a nice fix for now!!

Just wanted to say thanks for the mod! I got my Joye 510 on Monday and have been having problems with flooding, then instantly having to top off. I always tasted burnt, or I got juice in my mouth. Found this mod rushed to 7-11 on my break and got a couple straws. Did the mod and everything is working great! Can't wait to do the PTB straw mod later this week. Thanks again!
