    Here's what I did...

I took the original one I made yesterday, and put it into a drinking straw that I cut to the same length.
Then I took a piece of the scrap tea bag (that I did not use to make the Rho Mod) and cut it just wide enough to fit around the outside of the drinking straw once and about 1/4 (maybe a little less) longer than the straw.
I wrapped the tea bag bit tightly around the straw with the extra sticking out of the top and slid the whole contraption into the cart (it was a pretty tight fit - good luck getting it out without tweezers).
The extra, I just put in straight so it would gather a bit around the bridge.
Once it was in the cart, I used a toothpick to jostle the winds a bit to make sure it was pretty evenly rolled and not too tight.
This all sounds like a hell of a process, but it really didn't take more than a few minutes.

I have been using it for about an hour or so and it has been working like a champ.
I've been keeping it in my pocket - cart-side up - and no leaking at all.

If this works well, I will cut of fthe extra trim tea bag sticking out and see if that makes a difference.

I'll report back with my findings.

By the way... the first attempt left me with a taste that wasn't quite a dry atomizer, but almost dry, after a few pulls.
This is why I decided to adjust the rolls with a toothpick to make sure they were even and not too tightly wound.

Trimming the excess tea bag off the end of the cart doesn't seem to have made a difference.
    So far so good.
It has lost a bit of the springbackedyness, though, so I may have to cut just a bit off the length of the original Rho Mod to loosen it up just a little inside the straw.
    We will see.

Last night I switched all my carts over to the RHO Mod. Today was my first day using them and they worked excellently. I chain vape during my daily 40 min (each way) commute and whenever I'm driving. Usually I need to top off my carts once or twice a day at least. Today I used up two carts with no problems (usually I need to keep trying to top them off while I'm driving, NOT SAFE) and I'm on my third now. This is certainly a breakthrough in the development of e-cigs, well done rhoneil, and thanks!!

I tried this in my 901 but I don't think I did it right. It was kinda hard to put the cart on the atomizer..Did I use too much of the ptb? It only lasted me for like 30 mins as well but I was chain vaping....

I didn't read this whole thread. I just did this mod. But I did it different I'm sure...I roilled the tea bag like a news paper, flattened it out, rolled it up like a fire hose (they rollup flat like a wheel), got it the right size to make a plug, dripped 15 drops into the cart, installed the plug, primed the top of the plug with 2 drops, waited for it soak in...vaping like crazy now, plenty of juice. I'm am wondering how to get the plug out to refill the cart???? i don't dare use a needle to reload it cause I might make a channel for juice to flood through MAN, these 510 original equip batts are not long lasting at all!!!! I get about an hour and a half and they are dead....

Default A "twist" and a question

My first newbie post, so be gentle...

Started vaping about 2 weeks ago on a 510 with the "new" atty from Innovapor, just got serious this week when my major juice shipment arrived.
I was off analogs in 1 day!

Anyway, been trying the mods while I have been home sick and this is the best IMHO that I have come across. I just discovered a trick for when it starts to go dry (forgive me if someone already posted it somewhere else). Instead of taking the hard draw and resuming to get the vapor back, try twisting the cartridge while holding the atty, an 1/8 to a 1/4 turn back and forth does it. The bridge grabs the plug and wrings juice out on to the atty, it's like you just refilled or even dripped! Try it.

The question: With the PTB, as good as they are, I am getting a distinct nylon aftertaste. There is no sign of burning, but I know what nylon tastes like (long story) and this is it. Has anyone else noticed this and does it tend to go away?

    Thanks in advance.
