DFRF PTB sticking to my 510 atty
Can anyone offer any advice on what I may be doing wrong when my DFRF PTB comes out of the 510 cart and sticks to the atty?
I did wonder if it means they are not big (fat) enough?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Well, I guess this a good a time as any for a first post... been lurking for months
In my experience the only time I've had a PTB filler stick to the atty is when it is almost dry (still a little liquid in the fold but none/little in the lower part of the filler). If your PTB filler is sticking when still wet I'd check how tightly you have it rolled. The center of the filler should be loose enough that the atty bridge can deform the center of the filler with out pushing the whole thing down; to loosen the filler while in the cart you can try pinching the center of the filler with a pair of tweezers and rotating the material in the opposite direction that it was rolled. The first few PTB fillers I made were horrible... a little experimentation with the top folds and rolls and you'll find what works best for you.

Thanks for posting. Great advise.
Yeah, i actually started making mine a little taller than the cart so i can take it out without tweezers or a paper clip. I do this because even when I want it to grab the atty bridge I cant. So yes, that is good advice. Make sure its not too tight. There shouldnt be any loose frays on the top to 'get caught' on the atomizer bridge. but I too have had times where it grabs it and comes out of the cart.

Hi there
No the PTB isnt usually dry when this happens so it must be my rolling
Do you think my wooden toothpick is too narrow and I should roll around something a bit thicker? What do you use?
Thanks for your help
