Yep, so far I've been getting 13-15 drops between refills. Previously, my PTB average was 4 drops.

One of these days I have to try an 801. What's that have, like 3 times the size of a 510 reservoir?

To save $5.49 I can stop at the super-duper-market on the way home from work. Especially since I can have them tonight, instead of some time next week.
True...but just in case you can't find them at the store! For $8 it's a huge amount of filler plugs, lol!

Very true. Sometimes we get hung on price. Just think of it as "$8 for a life-time supply"

LOL! This is the only mod I have never had to top off! I figure, fill 2 more carts and pop them in my PCC, with the third one on my PV and I can be out all day without having to mess with anything, other than popping on a fresh cart when one runs out.

Using nhaler HV liquid and getting tons of vapor & throat hit, too!

Wow, I hope this one holds up and it's not that I just hit a sweet spot with this one cart set up! I'm going to go set up two more carts for my PCC and make sure it works every time...

Yup, that's the stuff. I also just noticed that I posted to cut the straw 1 1/2". I am an idiot! The ruler I am using is in millimeters! I meant to say 15 mm. I see that you cut yours 13 mm. That's probably due to the scrubbie being a bit thicker than the blue foam.

Actually, I cut my straw to 10mm. Someone else has a 5mm thick scrubbie pad, so he needs to cut his straw taller to make up the difference.

The 510 cart I have is 18mm deep. I cut off 8mm to accomodate the scrubbie pad thickness, which makes it 10mm long.

The best way to do it is to put the whole straw into the cart and then trim it right at the edge. That way you'll have a straw the exact depth of your cart. Then trim the straw by the depth of your pad.

So, if your straw at full length of the cart is 18mm and your pad is 8mm thick, you would trim 8mm off the straw, for a 10mm straw. Does that make sense?

Kristin you just answered my next question before I posted it! I just got back from the store with some "No Scratch" scrubbies. These are a lot thicker than the blue foam. I measured them at 8mm. The blue foam was 5mm. I'll try it tonite and post my thoughts.

    Thanks for all your help.

Yes, they are more dense than the blue foam and less absorbant than the polyfill. I think that is why they work better than either in this mod.

Let us know how it works for you!

I also have just 2 notches on the bottom - one on either side of the straw.
