Default Blue foam mod VS. LTB mod..

I've heard great things about the LTB (or PTB) and the foam plug, so which is the current cart filler king in terms of vapor and flavor?

I've only used the blue foam. And it works. Great actually. So great in fact I haven't tried the PTB mod. The ADP mod looks good though too and I actually have a spring cut and in a cart but I haven't used it yet... Because the blue foam works so nicely.

I wasn't able to make the PTB mod work for my 510. The foam plug mod works pretty good but is sometimes tricky to get it just right. Once I do though, I can reuse them over and over.

I don't use the foam plug myself, but simply replaced the poly with blue foam. A little wider at the top, tapering down. It holds a lot of juice but doesnt leak out like the plug before its gotten just right.

Yep.. All foam, but thinner towards the bottom.. Sort of like a long trapezoid shape. Been using the same one for about 5 days without washing it or anything. Every time I pull out, the foam and the cart are completely dry, so Im sucking the juice right out of it. I read about it in the cart mod section and tried a couple different kinds. The foam fish filter sleeves seemed to work the best for me.

No.. I didn't have to, but I am cutting the piece of foam about 1/3 or 1/4 wider than the cartridge. That worked best for me. It compresses the cells a little so it doesn't leak like a sieve. I tried it really loose and it just kinda poured out. I tried it really loose with a poly fill plug, and really loose with a compressed foam plug, but the best was just the single foam pieace cut 1/3 or 1/4 wider than the cart, a litte wider right at the top.

So I'm assuming that the blue foam wicks very well if your filling up the cart with it.
Maybe you could cut a small slit in the foam at the top so it cradles the atty better?

I found after you use it a few times, the atty just drives an atty sized divot into the top of the foam, doing the same thing. I'd take a pic, but Im at work with no camera. It worked surprisingly well. The polyfill wasnt working well for me at all. I had to top off constantly to get a good vape.
