Totally Wicked packing foam

hey... I noticed that TW juice (I ordered a bunch of 6 ml bottles) comes wrapped in foam or something for shipping... would that be an appropriate cart filler? I noticed it is kind of shiny, so don't know what chemicals might giving that effect, but if any of you know what i'm talking about, i'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

the stuff i got was closd cell foam, like a really thick piece of paper, and i would say no, you an eletric stove? heat source? good hair dryer? hold a piece over (test with hand, BE CARFUL) heat and see if it shrinks or shrevels<SP> then get it wet and see how it holds liquid? if you have ever washed out oem cart filler you would have an basic feel of what kind of material works and the heat thing would show you how it holds up.

Foam filler for carts needs to be open-cell type. Most packing foam is closed-cell; the bubbles in it do not have connecting passages with other bubbles.

Reticulated foam seems to be the best type for cartridge filler. It's very porous, has low density and can hold a lot of liquid.

thanks for the info. tried the heat test and is did not hold up well at all... guess its time to go to the pet shop or beauty store...
