    Default Loofa from bodyshop

I've seen fluval, pyramid tea bags, blue foam....

I have no access to PTB or blue foam where I come from, and fluval looks like a real hassle to cut and insert.

Has anyone ever tried the loofa from bodyshop? It looks like a great wick, seems heat resistant, is dirt cheap, and can be found anywhere in the world (where there's a bodyshop that is)

Considering what people have already tried out, loofah doesn't even sound like a particularly exotic idea.

However, fluval is not tricky at all; I use a cheaper brand myself. In fact, nothing is as simple as that one – just cut a piece to the right size, and insert.
