atty through a wick. I found that just by using a spring it sometimes forms an air bubble below and you can’t get the fluid to fill properly. Let me know - will take mine out - precious volume you know - gotta be at least one more drag from it!
I pull the plug when I refill and get 13 to 14 drops. I'll try refilling with the plug in and let you know. I always find it easier and quicker to pull the plug.

By the way I think this will work with just about any cart mod.

I agree - and it's so simple to do.

I just tried using this with the BFD mod. I made a hole on either side of the cart, but on the FLAT sides, without a groove. My thinking is that the flat sides have unrestricted air flow. If the holes aren't too big, it won't leak because the foam is in the top of the cart where the holes are. So far this is working well.
Update.
After using this, it didn't really help much at all. I'm sure that your original method works better.

Trying this mod with the PTB and a slight mod to the bag to reduce flooding, so far so good...ill keep it posted

I'm assuming that you need the hole to be in the middle of the filler material, and that if the hole was even slightly under the filler material it would leak out and come up through the groove?

Ok so my problems with the mod :
When i push the condom cap on the cart , it leaks through the hole.
I have also leaks in my carrying case.

Jerry, can you try to send me a picture of your cart so I can help?
Mine doesn't leak at all.
Cheers!
