Default cartomizer customization, the next step...

Okay so I started by refilling my cartomizers using the rubber condom......after using the same cartomizer a dozen times I felt confident enough to experiment.....I tried popping out the white end cap and silicon gasket, cut a tiny hole in the rubber condom and used the method of filling that has been demonstrated on videos here.....

I liked that better and took to just pulling off the condom to add some drops every hour or so....

but I didn't like the looks of the rubber condom on the end of my ecigarette......what to do?......

so I stopped by the local tobacco shop today and I bought a pair of these for $1.39......

they are used to protect the end of pipes....

the rubber condom is exactly the size of the inside diameter.....I slid it inside, then slid the whole thing over the end of the cartomizer.....when it's time to fill I slide it off...

a soft rubber tip to chew on between vapes....(I smoked a pipe for thirty years, so it's how I like to roll)....

here's a pic of the finished product....

I've never had an 801 and didn't want to buy one and pay shipping just to get the tip......this is an alternative that you can find pretty much in every tobacco shop...

I don't mind the looks plus they don't cost anything but that looks nice on there. I might make me a wooden one like Hava Tampa's uses.
