    Trailwalker,

    I am so very sorry about your wife's passing. I offer my deepest sympathy to you and your family. You are all in my prayers.

    You are not alone. Our Heavenly Father is with you, and He will never leave you, nor forsake you. We are here for you, too. Any time.

    Matthew 5:4 "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."

    Numbers 6:24-26
    24 “The Lord bless you and keep you;
    25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,
    And be gracious to you;
    26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,
    And give you peace.”’

    I am so sorry for your loss, trailwalker. I don't have the right words to say what I feel, but I know how it feels to see someone you love lose that fight painfully and I am so sorry.

    God, lively is the courage of those who hope in You. Your servant suffered greatly, but placed her trust in Your mercy. Confident that the petition of those who mourn pierces the clouds and finds an answer, we beg You, give rest to her. Do not remember her sins, but look upon her sufferings and grant her refreshment, light, and peace

    Trailwalker Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. At this point all you can do is trust that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is holding you in the palm of His hand. Give your pain to Him and He will give you peace. Just know that you have friends here that will listen if you just need to talk and know that your dear wife is gone in her earthly body but her spirit is still around. Looking after you and waiting for you. You will be with her again and will get to spend eternity with her. Your brothers and sisters in Christ are here for you.
