The cup seal is the black rubber seal that sits on top of the ceramic cup and coil. Over that is a thin seal with a ridge. Take out the cup seal with a bent paperclip, fill it with juice down the side with a blunt needle and use the thin rubber seal with the ridge down towards the ceramic cup, then put the tip back on or w/e tip you use and enjoy.
