As it's so unusual and for sheer novelty value, we've imported a small quantity of the new D408 e-pipe.

We're calling it the Pixie Pipe and if you want one, be quick cos we don't have many

Seems expensive but kind of cute. What's it for? Like a mini big pipe?

It's essentially a novelty product and it is indeed very cute. The main product consists of a standard e-cig battery with its LED end replaced with a "false" pipe part with large 10mm LED in the centre and a mouthpiece which houses and exposed bridge atomiser and a cartridge.
Price is comparative to a standard e-cig kit in this country, when you take the extra blank cartridges into consideration also.
