I have been looking at few, the cheapest one I found doesn't have the connection to screw in an atty.

I don't want/need the atty connection. I just want it to set the voltage and then remove it.

I want a voltage meter too. I want to see if Cappy is going to make them available. If I get one, it might as well be pretty, and he doesn't seem to gouge on prices for that kind of thing.

I also want this day to be over. I need a serious nap. I also need to rethink the dogs sleeping arrangements. Not that they are likely to go along with anything I decide. Hubby either.

now if it were a voltage meter I would accept your offer
Yeah, I guess thank you's help.

But after reading, I think I am misunderstanding something. You say "voltage meter" and my first thought is that multimeters read voltage, but thats not what you are looking for. Enlighten me?

    Like this James:

    Volt meter - notcigs.com

Some of them are not as 'fragile', the meter and wires are contained inside a small box and the adapter sticks out the bottom.

"Is the soup too hot, too cold, what?"

"Would you just try the soup"

    "Is it too salty?"

    "JUST TRY THE SOUP!"

    "Fine, where's the spoon?"

    "AH HA!" "AH HA!"
