Maybe you should be Chef James.Who thinks this stuff up? I wouldn't have in a million years to put that stuff together.

Ive been told I need to open my own food joint. With emphasis on BBQ. But I feel no desire to be a chef. I love cooking, consider myself to be pretty good at it. But there is just too much work involved with feeding more than my own family. Besides. Im fat enough as it is. If you put me in a kitchen surrounded by the awesomeness of my cooking, I wouldnt be able to get out of the door.

I wish it WOULD get cold. Its been in the 60s and one time hit 70 last week. This is NOT Feb weather... I want my snow!!!!

High of 65 today. Last week was up to the 80s had to turn the ac on. we've only gotten snow 3 times in my lifetime but this is the warmest winter I can recall in a while. I hope it doesn't mean the summer is going to be even hotter.

For me: The hotter the better. I hate living in the Ohio snow belt. I'm in central Ohio and we get the lake effect snow. When we lived in Cincinnati it would maybe on average snow 3 times in the winter.
