Well, it appears that Thomas has sprung a leak. He didn't tell me last night but I guess at some point in the evening he went to the bathroom and he coughed especially hard and felt a sting at his point of entry. I am waiting for him to call me back and the details are kind of sketchy at this point, but apparently during the ultrasound they found a tiny hole where the sealant was put in the artery and it is actively leaking. It is a small leak, but a leak nonetheless. They are waiting for the vascular people to look at the results to tell us what the next step is. My FIL and I are waiting for him to call to let me know what we need to do. I am assuming they will need to go back in and plug it up but I don't know for sure yet. I'll keep you all posted. *hugs*

Well, an assistant to the surgeon came and talked to Thomas and said there were 2 possible scenarios. One is they came inject him with some type of clotting agent and send him home or they came keep pressure on it with sandbags and keep him overnight. She had to wait to confer with the surgeon so we don't know what option they are going with yet. I personally think it will be the spending the night one. But I don't really know, it's just a hunch.

Yeah our one only weighed 20/25 lbs.She's sooo pretty. She is really violet,Violet.

Ty...yes..bigger than most shar peis @ 59 lbs...her Mom is 35 lbs and dad (now gone) was 90+lbs.
