I haven't checked, but it couldn't hurt to maybe check Hot Topic or Spencers Gifts for them. I know men don't use nail art, but you might be able to find some gothy more guyish decals there, like skulls or lightning bolts or something.

Also with it being Halloween keep a eye out in the stores. You may find some there as well and when they start putting them on clearance you can score some for a good price : D

Try a makeup store like ulta or drug store they should have some halloween designs. I may have to order some of those from amazon. They have little blackcats. so cute.
