Hey Parked!

I placed another order for a Janty Stick (first order was AWESOME i had to get one for my girlfriend) and the included atomizer was DOA. I tried it on my JS and it didn't work either. It just flat doesnt do anything when the button is pressed. No sizzle, smoke, nada. So I am not sure how to go about the warranty/return. I went ahead and e-mailed and submitted the warranty form but I haven't gotten a response just yet.

Ya some of these JantyStick kits I'm finding are having some DOA atomizers in them. I will get you another one out monday morning.

I noticed the replacement did not come in the mail today. Usually stuff arrives pretty quickly, is everything ok?
