I bought one of these and I have been rather disappointed by it's performance. The unit is very inconsistent and I have not received any replies to my inquiry via website contact form.

Sorry you are disappointed I see you are a new poster is the M401 your first Personal Vaporizer ? If so you will be disappointed in the M401 right out of the box it takes several days sometimes a week to break the M401 Atomizer in. There are many threads in the forum about this take a look.

Sorry We haven't got your web query yet we Do not work on the weekends I Just did a quick look and see you contacted us on Saturday and Sunday sorry we are human and I do enjoy my weekends with my family.
