    I just ordered
Stainless Steel 304L Welded Round Tubing, 1/4" OD, 0.21" ID, 0.020" Wall, 36" Length
Stainless Steel 304L Welded Round Tubing, 3/16" OD, 0.148" ID, 0.020" Wall, 36" Length
2 day shipping so it should be here by Tuesday or Wednesday so I can drill your tip on Thursday with the stainless inside.
Hopefully one of those sizes will work.
I also received to wood for your mod

Go for it, unless you think it would hold it up past Mothers Day. I'd be proud to own the first of it's kind

I see what you mean about the inner tube showing at the top. Double drilling to make a ledge/stop point for the tube is a great idea! Should work perfectly.

Just forgot to pick up that 2000th carton of Marlboro's since finding e-cigs.

    Sweet!

I'm betting the 3/16" is the right size for a 510 tip.

Holy Moly Goobedly Gobbedly.. I don't know what to say... how is it possible that each successive batch comes out even better than before? You got some magic in that shop?

Just incredibly beautiful pieces. Bet they're sold before Eric even touches them.

    Man that's cool. Global commerce!

Starts off on China, gets tricked out by a skilled American craftsman, then marketed and sold to the other side off the world by an American entrepreneur. Gotta luv it!

The XL3 sure travels a lot...

    China > Connecticut > California > Connecticut > Russia
