Products and suppliers reported as unreliable

Here's a thread about ePuffer, there seem to be quite a few unhappy customers at the moment - EPuffer Nightmare

While the majority of our personal vaporizers and purchases come from Puresmoker, myself and 6 others, occationally branch out to try "new" advents. Well I can offically say now that we all got "sold down the river" with the Janty Dura--it is in our opinion an outright defective product--period. Most of all batteries failed as well as the atomizer. Even the chargers were duds.

Suppliers that offer these whistle and bells should test them before putting them out in the marketplace and it is quite obvious from our failure rate that this was not done with the Dura--Period.

So we all give Steve at Puresmoker a thumbs up for telling it like it is on his website---The batteries and atomizers are for the most part consumable parts---So thumbs up to Puresmoker for spelling out the real deal. Our failure rate with Puresmoker is nill compared to other products like the Dura.

The Dura's warranty, like any other long warranty is just not viable. Noone has the time or effort to keep sending parts back and forth when the product is defective to begin with. This is the same mentallity NJOY has and we find it unacceptable. I am sure some may have had good experiances with the Dura, but when you have six of us that got dud's --it speaks volumes to me. And unless I hear rave reviews from other members about other Janty products--we are done with this company.

In our opinion--that is one of the many reasons why Puresmoker is a success.--give a good product, sell it at a good price, and tell it like it is. After all what good is a warrenty if the product does not work to begin with? That is my take on it---Sun

I have had my Kissbox for 5 weeks now and have only had one problem. Last night while showing it to one of my friends, I unscrewed the battery, and it came apart from its casing. I have contacted Jeff, but probably will not get a response from him until Monday. The battery still works, but I'm afraid that if I screw it into my charger, I may end up leaving the threaded part in it when I try to get it out.

Anyway, so far that is the only problem that I have had with my kissbox, even though I purely drip, vs using a cartridge. I have orderd from them several times, with no problems, and have always found Jeff to be very prompt with responses to questions.

Purchased Smoke-Fifty One stuff on ebay from the esmoke.net guys for almost half off their site prices for awhile. One bad battery and they shipped it before getting mine back. Everything comes in a couple of days. If they don't have it in inventory you know it right then. They always have cartridges when no one else does. Have great ebay feedback as esmoke51 and smoke-fifty-one. Everyone I show this to loves it - Chocolate High and I'm good.

This thread is pricelss for the newbies. I just started esmoking and now have friends very interested. One can't wait for Steve to move so is looking for other companies. Thankfully I started with Steve after reading a bunch on this site. You guys are the best!

Hi I can only speak about my own experience. I have had only two cigs one for Smoking everywhere witch I disliked due to it taking a lung out
to get a hit off the thing and they would not replace anything at the mall KEOS you had to send it in for replacements
NOW about Sun Vaporer’s post about Janty USA we all have our own opinion on things but that was a little overboard all of the e-cigs suffer from problems like the batteries and atomizers. My experience with Jeff at Janty has been great I have never been asked to send a battery back he just sends me new ones and always seems to send a surprise with it like some carts or even a extra battery.
I do recommend Janty.

Perhaps we should add Smoking Everywhere to the original post, seeing as how many people have issue with them. People may come here for information but be a bit overwhelmed by how much information there is, and lack the motivation to read beyond the first page.

I guess I'm not the only one who can't edit my posts. I figured it was part of the not being able to start new threads, not being able to post links, etc (I also sent you a PM, Kate, I doubt you received it, because my post count did not increase -- technology sucks this month)

Anyway, if you didn't get my PM, it was just a thank you (I'd have given you +reputation, but I can't seem to do that either, I'm not sure if it isn't enabled on the forum, or if that's just also part of me being new).

Anyway, I've spent about 15-20 hours now going through threads in this forum trying to figure out what to buy, and where to buy it from. I've been extracting really good or relevant information from the site, so I can find it later, and it seems that I consistently find that the most informative helpful posts were written by you. So I wanted to say thank you for that, you're helping me save money, and health. I no longer feel like the ignorant consumer I did two days ago.

So the real question is what are you going to buy and where from?
I have been doing the same research and seem to be getting more confused by the day. I am pretty sure I am going for a 901 (of some sort) but no matter where I look, they all appear to be the same.
