I am waiting also on my first ecig. I ordered one from NJOY before I read all of the reviews and info on the forum. It will be here tomorrow. I had called regarding getting a second atomizer so I would be prepared when this one fails. I left a message and shirley got back to me the next day by phone. She said any problems just give her a call so that made me feel better. I figure I will wait till it goes out as they have a one year guarantee. I have since ordered a pilot hybrid from puresmoker and put in an order with Skype (sp). I should be good to go in a few days.

I think there needs to be a better system of determining who rises to the top of the supplier chain. 1010chrissy, sorry to hear about your issues. I will have to read up on your thread.

I must say that I have had great service from Totally Wicked USA and Janty. They were fast to process and all of the products seemed to work right out of the wrapper. Need a rep point indicator of some variety so we can get a real sense of who is doing wrong more times than not...because based on my experience I would recommend TW in a flash. Hm.

    Bman.

Good luck with that, Susan! FWIW, I found a thread with nothing but good things to say about SmokeSafe, so will consider them if need be also. It just really peeves me to play phone tag when I've got a burning issue....

I ordered retail from them 3 times In the USA and it was really slow getting to me, but it was fine. I really really like Patti in florida. She is good peeps! Alex in the U.K. also is a good seed. Jason, hmmmm. I dont want to think about him anymore to tell you the truth. When things went wrong (100% their error) he did not take responsibility for that. Alex was trying to follow up on it and was very apologetic, but Jason said I couldnt have my refund until he got his goods back. That is what made me nervous. The address they put on the box actually did exist in the wrong city. So if they would have delivered it there and the person was dishonest, neither of us would have seen the goods ever. Thats why I filed a claim immediately when DHL told me that. First words out of Jason's mouth after realizeing it was addressed wrong was,"I didnt do it, Alex did". I mean he is the owner so ya know own up and fix it. Since we got in a pissin match I knew he would call me a liar when the goods were shorted out of my box. That was probably an accident too, but they wont fix it. I am glad its over really. It was a bad experience.

I can certainly understand the issue. I mean, $1400 bucks riding on the line would certainly make me nervous no matter who it was. Unless, it was newegg.com or amazon... I am not certain I would drop that kind of cash with ease.

Man, short 8 bottles! That's just crazy though... that's a lot of ejuice.
You would think somewhere along the line the address would have been verified and sent via certified mail. All I want is 1 bottle from TW

Hope that you guys came to some level of a amicable solution.

Not exactly inspiring with TW. I figured there were some problems but because of their rep I assumed that it was just the growth going on in the industry at the moment.

My 901 order was misaddressed and may be here next week sometime. My neighbors ordered two of the 901s at the same time and have both had problems with theirs.

Ruth brought hers up for me to check out (I'm the tech heavy :-) and it appears that one of her batteries had a stuck switch ( a hard rap on the (wood) table with the screw side down appears to have fixed that problem) and the other the battery is good, quite literally after a 2+ hour charge (and all night too) for about a minute with very low vape when it is working. Did the same rap on the table number with Susie's and at least one of her batteries now seems to be working. One of them is quite unhappy filling in with analogs and the other is grouchy because she won't fill in :-). I got her email fixed and told her to get in touch with TW, they are known to take care of problems like this (I hope, I recommended them and my rep is on the line too).

I hope they re-shipped a new order for mine else I suspect I am going to have problems too if the same package came back and got shipped back out :-(.

The problem with this shipping was, apparently, the last digit on my address got left off and the fill in USPS man couldn't figure out who it was for based on the names on the mailbox. Sometimes things happen...

Here is hoping. I will be REAL glad when this all shakes out and things settle down and suppliers can deal with a less than crash existence. It IS getting old.

The only way I will stop yacking my lips is if he gives me the 8 bottles or credits my card the cost. I cant see that happening from him so a flappin I will go. Ordering from the U.K. site $$ made me even more nervous. It wasnt coming from Florida. What emails they did send were evasive only answering what they want to answer. It sucked. Oh well life goes on.

Good luck with that!! I had alot more $$ riding so was very very nervous. In fact the first 3 starter kits i pulled out to keep for myself. Out of 6 batteries from them 5 are screwy and not working at all or haywire. Sure hope I got the only bad of the batch. My rep is on the line too. WIll try the banging on the table thing. LOL. Is your order coming from Florida or UK?

I must have been lucky? Mine arrived in 4 days and all worked well. I was nervous about the components in general since they all come from the same factories lined up down the road "over there". So far so good.

Now I just need to find some decent tasting juice (RY4 is pretty good..emm).

So has the highest reputation when it comes to suppliers?

My grandma always said, "you can please some of the people some of the time, but you cant please all of the people all of the time"....I am self employed small business owner. My motto is, "I will bend over backwards for my customers, but I aint bending over fowards". LOL

I really like Patrick at The healthy smoke shop. His website had a gliche and over charged me $15.00. I didnt know I over paid at all. Within 10 minutes I had a paypal email saying I was credited. WOW. what a shocker, a refund. A little paypal confusion with the deal, but it was all good. I got my stuff as said in two days. They are in Maine, USA. I aint ordering international anymore.
