I've only used it once, so I'm not an expert. It doesn't just come up 'bad' when googled, if you follow their instructions on how to format the title of your complaint, those are the words that will lead to it coming up in a google search.

I don't think a company can sue you as long as you are telling the truth. If I remember correctly, you give your personal info to the site to register but they will not reveal that information to anyone, so you are basically anonymous if you wish to be. This site itself has been sued for hosting the information and refusing to ever remove it, but they seem to take this in stride.

I don't think they notify the company you are complaining about, but I am not sure about this. The president of the company I complained about responded to my complaint, which I was not expecting. Based on my complaint, the company figured out who I was, but this didn't bother me because I only stated facts and to deal with my problem they needed to know who I was anyway... and it seemed to light a small flame under their butt at least...

has anyone ever dealt with bestecig.com, or know anything about them. I'm a newbie and had just placed an order with them before reading your posts. I have not seen anything negative or positive.

    That's a Gamucci marketing site I think.

You posted in the right place, opinion here of Gamucci is very low.

I'm new to vaping just ordered a starter kit from Vaporstix and this is my experience. The responded quickly to an email I sent. I received a shipping notice quickly from paypal but when I tried to track it the msg I received was this...The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on April 12, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. I later found out that the company is out of stock and waiting for a shipment. The website gave not indication that the product was not available....I find that shady....I thought I had done adequate research by reading reviews in this forum but just found out that sub forums are owned by the suppliers which means they control what is posted there. Lesson learned.

    UPDATE FROM SJ

The package has now arrived - there was a problem with USPS, not the original seller.

I just ordered one directly from China (Ruyan), which set me on edge right there. In case they didn't deliver, how would I pursue the case? They were using a shipper I had never heard of, and I never got a tracking number. But my stuff came today, everything I ordered, and all in working condition, pretested, the batteries even pre-charged. So about a week's turn-around. All I'm saying is, don't despair. Many of our distributors here are having trouble getting enough product. Not only is popularity spiking faster than the factories' ability to handle it, but also there are customs issues in some cases, from what I gather. Hang in there. And you might want to diversify, as I'm doing. I'm thrilled with my NJOY, but I'm not putting all my eggs in one basket, if you know what I mean.

Well, then there's you also Ms. Sanders! You refuse to sell me e-liquid because I anxiously asked whether you would send my product out today during a time you were "out selling to local pubs", etc.

You truly are the finicky, picky one!
